Apple Pudding (Pomme Clafautis )

1 tbs softened butter
1 cup full cream milk( 250ml)
1/4 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup flour
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
little salt
4 cups peeled and diced apples
Powder sugar for dusting
Preparation 10 min
Cooking time:45 min
Temp: 180C

Preparation:
In a large bowel whisk eggs with sugar well and add softened butter ,milk, cream,flour,vanilla extract,cinnamon powder, salt, lemon zest and make a smooth batter. The porcelain dish apply with soft butter and spread diced apples .Pour the batter on top of diced apples and bake for 45 min until the knife is clean .At temp : 180C
Dust on top with icing sugar .
Eating hot or cold Enjoy

Puding me molle

1 luge e supes margarin te shkrim
250 ml tomel
60 ml ajke e embel
80 gr miell
3 ve
100 gr sheqer
Pak kryp
2 lug te vogla arome vanile
1 lug e vogel kore limoni e grire
1/2 luge e vogel cimet
4 gota te ujit me molla te qeruara te prera ne kocka
Sheqer pluhur per dekorim
Pregaditja:10 min
Pjekja: 45 min
Temp:180C

Pregaditja: Vezet dhe sheqeri i rrah me mixer deri sa te behet pena dhe ja shton krejt me rend perveq mollave. Ne nje ene porcellani e lyen me margarin dhe i rendit mollat e prera kocka dhe mbi to e qet brumin e pregaditur dhe e ndon qe te pjeket per 45 min ne 180C .mbasi te pjeket i qet sheqer pluhur permbi dhe e pren ne kocka. Hokie fish with beurre blanc sauce

Preparation:
4 pieces of hoki fish seasoning with salt and pepper . Spray tray with olive oil and bake at 200C until fish is baked .Serve with sauce and steamed veggies.
The Beurre Blanc sauce.

2 tbsp chopped shallots
3 tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp water
1tbsp vinegar
Salt,pepper
120 gr butter

Put the chopped shallots in a saucepan and pour in the lemon juice,water and vinegar.Set the pan in medium heat and let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by half then put the butter to melt in liquid and simmer little bit more then strain the shallots before serving .

Bombica me kungull

200 gr kungull te pjekur
190 gr keksa te bluara
70 gr badem te bluar
20 gr thana te terme ose rrush te terem
1 vanilin sheqer
Glazura: 150 gr qokollade per zierje dhe
3 lug vaj
Pregaditja : kungullin e pjekur e shtyp me pirun dhe ja shton te gjitha me rradh e formon nje brum dhe e len ne frigorifer per 1-2 ore dhe i ben topthat , tani i lyen me glazuren prej qokollades .

Mafins prej molle

Nevojiten:


2-lug t'vogla leng limoni
115gr-sheqer
200gr-miell
80gr-miell prej drithrave
4-lug'tvogla pecive
1-lug e madhe ereza(kanele,xhenxhefil,karafil etj.)te perziera
1/2-luge e vogel ose caji kryp
60gr-arra te grimcuara
250-ml tomel
1-vo e rrahur
4-lug te mdhaja vaj


Tepsija duhet per 12 mafinsa(special)

Pregaditja:

Molles ja hek levoren dhe e grin ne kocka te vogla ,dhe ja shton lengun e limonit ,4lug te mdhaja sheqer dhe e len anash per 5 minuta.
E sit miellin ,peciven,erezat ,krypa krejt keto ne nje ene te madhe. E perzien arrat me sheqer dhe i shton ne midis te miellit te perzier.
Ja shton 4lug te mdhaja vaj ,1ve te rrahur
me tomel dhe mollen . Prej ktyre e bejm nje brum homogen .
Ne tepsin e mafinave i ndojm leter silicon dhe ja shtojm me luge brumin (2-3lug )
per mafin.
I pjekim ne 200C per 20-25 miuta.
Me mir te hahen te nxehta ju beft mir.

Margarinin dhe miellin e perpunon mir me duar dhe ja shton sheqerin e bluar , peciven,lengun e limonit dhe koren , 2 ve dhe e ben brumin .E len ne frigorifer me ndejt 1 ore tani i ben gogla dhe i rendit ne tepsi . I pjek ne 180C per 10-12 minuta i lyen permbi me sheqer te bluar .Ju befte mir.
