Preparation:
4 pieces of hoki fish seasoning with salt and pepper . Spray tray with olive oil and bake at 200C until fish is baked .Serve with sauce and steamed veggies.
The Beurre Blanc sauce.
2 tbsp chopped shallots
3 tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp water
1tbsp vinegar
Salt,pepper
120 gr butter
Put the chopped shallots in a saucepan and pour in the lemon juice,water and vinegar.Set the pan in medium heat and let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by half then put the butter to melt in liquid and simmer little bit more then strain the shallots before serving .
